Membership Flow

A membership flow is the journey that every member goes through during his/her interaction with AIESEC till the point where they become an Alumnus.

WHAT DOES RECRUITMENT COVER ?

Recruitment starts from Talent Planning process in the Attraction phase and ends at Talent Induction in the Value Delivery phase.

Phase 1: Attraction!

During this phase the LC implements 2 stages of the members journey which help LC's plan their current membership requirement and attract candidates to join AIESEC.
