1. During what Status can the EP/OP be compensated?

Ans: Your EP is eligible for COVID-19 refund if

For 2020 RE, The EP must filling out refund request form before October 11th, 2020 11:59 PM EST.
For 2021 RE, Project got Canceled because of COVID-19 situation.
Country destination border closed for people from US (The EP can’t enter the country).

3. What if my EP ask for refund reasons beside COVID?
Ans: There certain criteria for EP to be eligible for refunds

If EP Status APD:
- If EP have Family emergency, Health issues, Legal Issues with proof provided.
