How do I help my EP if they’re having issues?

Have them follow the complaint procedure. First contact their OP Taker (the company/NGO they work for) about the issue.

My EP doesn’t have a job/JD isn’t what was on the opportunity portal

Suggest that the EP talks to the opportunity provider to see if they can do the job that was listed on the opportunity portal. Next have them contact HE.

My EP didn’t get the meals they were promised

Review the EPs opportunity on the portal and ensure that it explicitly says they will receive meals. If it does go to complaint procedure!

MY EP has issues with their accommodation

Ensure that it is an ACTUAL issue. Evaluate if the EP is just having culture shock or if expectations were set correctly. If the EP truly is having accommodation issues then go to complaint procedure!
