If you’re a TL or VP hungry for your next big leap, CEEDership is your chance to take your leadership global. CEEDership is AIESEC’s model of leadership development through Cross‑Entity Exchange Development (CEED) experiences. CEEDership isn’t a vacation. It’s a leadership mission.

You’ll be placed in another AIESEC entity, and for 1-2 weeks you’ll step into a role that teaches, challenges and grows you. Anywhere from Europe to LATAM. Your destination will be selected at the MC’s discretion, based on where your strengths can create the biggest impact.

You’ll bring everything you learn back home. New strategies, new skills, new perspectives, to make your LC stronger than ever.

It’s essentially a leadership journey where a member goes to another entity (country or LC) to support operations, learn, and develop themselves through challenge and cultural immersion
