State of National Affairs
The SONA is a monthly survey report that goes out to all VPs, and LCPs to collect data about the state of their local operations. It is an internal survey report that helps the Local and Member Committee evaluate its performance and ensure that it is on track to meet organizational goals. We use the data to create reports for AIESEC US and every individual LC to clearly see what is going well and what can be improved for the next month as well as what support we should be focusing on creating.
