Ready to test your skills?

On the left is the oGV Phase 1 Certification quiz! This goes over everything that was covered in the sections above. And don’t worry, there aren’t any questions about the SOPs!
On the right are the Certification Tasks. It will differ depending on your role!

*You must complete both the Quiz and the Task in order to be certified in Phase 1 of oGV*

[Members and TLs Only] Task - Elevator Pitch!

You’ll be giving a brief pitch about oGV to a complete stranger. The pitch should include the following:

  1. Length is 2-4 sentences long

  2. Communicates what AIESEC and oGV are

  3. Communicates our country partners (IR Partners)

  4. Communicates the duration, price, and benefits of a GV exchange

[VPs Only] Task - SOPs!

  1. If you didn’t do it already, open the oGV SOPs tool for your LC.

  2. At the bottom of the page, make a duplicate of the “[Make a Copy] LC Name” Tab and rename it to your LC.

  3. Go down the list of the oGV SOPs, marking accordingly the Things you Do, Things You’ve Started, and Things You Don’t Do. The activities are grouped by their stage in the customer flow.

  4. At the top of each checkbox column (Row 2), the percentages will automatically calculate based on the # of checks for each . These will be your answers for your certification task.

[VPs Only] Finance and MXP Synergies

As an oGX VP, you should be aware of the intersections you have with the other 2 back office functions - FIN and MXP. There’s a surprising amount of overlap between the two, so knowing how to work with them is critical in growing your membership and finances!

This is it! Are you ready to finish the NEC?

For the last phase, all you need to do is a quick task! Every oGX member, TL, and VP should be able to complete it in just a few short minutes <3
