What are Team Standards?
Team Standards is a 9 step guide to support any person who manages a team. They are a set of standards that need to be delivered at a minimum to ensure a quality experience and support operational growth.
HOW DO I KNOW I’M DELIVERING TEAM STANDARDS CORRECTLY TO MY TEAM MEMBERS?

How do VPTMs track team standards how can they support VPs operations in delivering them?
FIRSTLY VPTMS CAN USE THE TEAM STANDARDS TRACKING TOOL. THEY SHOULD MEET WITH VPS OPERATIONS TO INTRODUCE THE TOOL. AFTER THAT THEY VPS SHOULD SIMPLY UPDATE IT BEFORE EVERY EBM TO TRACK THE PROGRESS AND FIND ANY GAPS WHICH THE VPTM CAN SUPPORT.
SECONDLY VPTMS SHOULD HAVE EVERYONE IN THE LC TAKE THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP SURVEY (NMS) BECAUSE THIS SURVEY TRACKS BOTH THE VPS/TLS/LCP DELIVERING TEAM STANDARDS AND THE MEMBERS RECEIVING TEAM STANDARDS.
FIRST EVERYONE TAKES NMS
THEN VPTM REVIEW THE DATA AND FINDS THE GAPS
NEXT THE VPTM WILL CREATE A REPORT DETAILING THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN RECEIVING AND DELIVERING TEAM STANDARDS TO FIND MORE GAPS.
THEN THE VPTM WILL PRESENT ALL THE DATA AT EBM TO THE EB. HERE THE ENTIRE EB WILL CREATE ACTION PLANS TO IMPROVE TEAM MANAGEMENT/MEMBER PERFORMANCE WITH THE INSIGHTS FROM THE DATA
FINALLY, THE VPTM WILL FOLLOW-UP WEEKLY ON THOSE ACTION PLANS UNTIL THE NEXT NMS.
