In this output, you will find some resources from the conversations and discussions that we had during our steering team meeting. Keep in mind that these are topics we must all work on together to elevate AIESEC United States today, and for future generations to come.

Our Agenda
It was a long but productive 3 days! These are the topics and challenges we addressed in order to find solutions to elevate the leaders and LCs of AIESEC United States.
OUTPUT CONTENT:
LCP EDUCATION
We took a look at the evolution of LCP education over this past year and asked ourselves “What skills do we need to develop to be the best LCPs possible this year? What education will prepare us to applying to MC some day?” See the output to look at the suggestions Ian and Renée will be taking forward!
CREATING A STRONG LC CULTURE & LC RECOGNITION TIPS
When we discussed struggles that many LCs are having, we kept coming back to culture. Culture is very different from LC to LC. However, it is SO important and worth putting in the time to build a strong culture. Culture starts with you and can have a direct positive impact on your LC’s performance! Properly recognizing your people can also be important for reinforcing a strong culture. Check the output for some tips from your fellow LCPs!
MARKETING CAMPAIGN
“How can marketing be more aligned between the MC and LCs? How can we get the plenary more engaged in national campaigns?” One of our answers to this question was to have the LCs participate in creating the campaign!! Look at the output for details.
IXP (INTEGRATED EXPERIENCES)

EXPECTATIONS FOR LCS TO ELEVATE EACH OTHER!
ROGUE is a generation of collaborators! With this in mind, we wanted to define how different types of LCs can both give and receive support. United today to redefine tomorrow! Let’s elevate together!
TRAIN THE TRAINERS
Were you curious about Train the Trainers (TtT) when you heard it mentioned at WNC? Check the output to learn more about what it is, why you should be interested in attending one in the future, and to get an idea of what kind of sessions might be included in a TtT.
ELEVATING YOUR TLs
TLs are the future!! This was very clear in our discussions. We came up with some ideas to make the TLs feel like they are part of an engaged network. There are also plenty of things you can do in your LC to elevate your TLs! Check the output for some suggestions and then find more at aiesecushub.org/team-leaders, where much of this output will be applied in the future.
